Returns and Complaints
- The Client has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
- The period for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement expires 14 days after the day the Client took possession of the Products or the day on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Client took possession of the Products.
- In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, we will refund the money for the products received from the Client.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Client in the original transaction. The refund period may extend up to 30 days.
- The Consumer bears no costs for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, except for the direct costs of returning the products to the Store.
- The returned product must not show signs of use, must not be damaged, and this also applies to the packaging.
